Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open worldwide where lawful. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted. Entrants are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

Sweepstakes Structure
The Sweepstakes consists of multiple prize pools (“Pots”):

• Site Pots – Run on daily, 3-day, and weekly cycles with maximum prize tiers of $100, $1,000, $10,000, or $100,000.

• Member Posted Pots – Created by registered users. Maximum prize depends on total entries, subject to Sponsor limits.

If a Pot's maximum entries is reached before its scheduled duration ends, it will close immediately, a winner will be drawn. If the pot is site posted, new Pot will begin.

How to Enter

• Paid Entry – By purchasing entries directly or using funds stored in a personal online Vault.

• Free Entry – No purchase necessary entries can be obtained here. Limit one free entry per person per month.

• Offer Wall (coming soon) – By completing approved third-party offers.

All entries must be received before a Pot closes. Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries are void.

Odds of winning via free entry are equal to paid entry.

Fees
Site Pots: A 15% site fee is deducted from the total entry pool of each pot prize before awarding prizes.
Member Posted Pots: An additional 1% fee (paid to the member who posted the pot) is deducted from the total entry pool of the Member Posted Pot prize before awarding prizes.

Prizes
Each Pot’s prize equals the total entry pool minus applicable fees, up to the maximum prize tier. No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion costs. For U.S. residents, IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued for annual winnings of $600.00 or more. For non-U.S. residents, IRS Form 1042-S applies, with required withholdings unless treaty benefits are claimed.

Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received in a Pot. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

Winner Determination
Winners are determined using a four-stage draw process that includes entry finalization, cryptographic commitment, secure random selection, and post-draw verification, designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and cryptographic integrity. Draw results generated in accordance with this process are final and binding.

Notification & Verification
Winners will be notified via their registered account email or site notification. Prizes are processed promptly after a Pot closes, provided all verification and tax compliance requirements (if applicable) are satisfied. Winners must complete and return any required tax forms (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN) within 30 days of notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. To remain eligible for prize payouts, members must maintain a verified and valid email address, complete any required identity verification procedures, and submit applicable tax documentation when required. Luck eStakes reserves the right to withhold, delay, suspend, deny, or reverse prize payouts for accounts with unverified or invalid email addresses, incomplete identity verification, missing required tax documentation, or suspected circumvention of eligibility requirements. Any attempt to bypass or circumvent verification or eligibility requirements may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent account termination at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may require potential winners to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before prize award.

General Conditions
Sponsor may suspend, cancel, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention.

Release & Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.

Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and username for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without limitation and without additional notice, review, or approval.

Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree to resolve disputes individually, without resort to class actions and in accordance with the arbitration provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Usage.
