Introduction
This Law Enforcement Guide (“Guide”) is made available for review by law enforcement agencies and
government officials to assist with lawful investigations and enforcement activities involving
Luck eStakes L.L.C. (“Luck eStakes”). Luck eStakes cooperates with law enforcement globally.
Nothing contained in this Guide constitutes legal advice. Please review this Guide before submitting
a law enforcement request to Luck eStakes.
General Inquiries
General inquiries from law enforcement, military, or government officials that do not request
deletion, preservation, or disclosure of account information may be submitted through our
Help Center.
Content Removal Requests
On a case-by-case basis and in our sole and absolute discretion, Luck eStakes may review law
enforcement requests to remove content that is alleged to be illegal or otherwise in violation
of our Terms and Conditions.
Requests must be submitted from a valid official government or law enforcement email address.
The name and position of the requesting official must be provided.
The legal basis for the removal request must be clearly stated.
Requests are forwarded to appropriate compliance and legal review personnel for evaluation and response.
Available Account Information
Our data collection, protection, and retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
The type, scope, and retention period of information collected may vary based on user activity,
account status, and applicable legal obligations.
Luck eStakes does not provide publicly viewable social media-style user profiles, private messaging, or public content feeds. However, certain account-related records may be maintained internally.
Non-Public Account Information
Non-public account information may be disclosed only upon receipt of valid legal process,
such as a subpoena, production order, judicial authorization, search warrant, or court order.
Registration details (such as email address or verified identity information)
Sweepstakes participation and transaction records
Billing, payout, and compliance-related financial information
IP address logs and limited activity metadata where legally permissible
Users may control certain account data. If data is deleted prior to receipt of a valid request, it may be permanently unavailable.
Preservation Requests
Luck eStakes accepts temporary preservation requests from law enforcement when records are relevant
evidence in an ongoing legal investigation or proceeding.
Name and position of the requesting official
Preservation period requested
Description of the information to be preserved and its relevance
Preservation periods exceeding ninety (90) days may require formal legal process.
Emergency Requests
In life-threatening situations, Luck eStakes may consider emergency requests without formal
legal process where permitted by law.
An imminent risk of death or serious bodily harm must be present
Requests should include “EMERGENT” in the subject line
Sufficient details must be provided to assess and mitigate the emergency
Cost Reimbursement
Where permitted by law, Luck eStakes may seek reimbursement for reasonable costs incurred in
responding to preservation or information requests.
Response Times
While we aim to respond to valid requests within fourteen (14) days, response times may vary
based on request scope, legal review requirements, and operational constraints. Multiple
follow-up inquiries may result in delays.
Disclosure of Requests
Luck eStakes does not notify users of law enforcement requests unless legally required to do so.
Changes to This Guide
This Guide is effective immediately and may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon
posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Guide.
